This document describes the purposes, structure, legal obligations and general rules of administration of the Scheme. It must be signed and dated by all current members of the Scheme’s Board of Management.

This document is not subject to frequent revisions, but any such revisions must be authorised by Members at the Scheme’s Annual General Meeting.

A separate document, The Rules & Protocols of the Scheme, defines rules which apply to the Members of the Scheme; these may be revised from time to time. Revisions can be made at the discretion of the Board of Management, subject to retrospective confirmation by Members at the Scheme’s Annual General Meeting. Before becoming a Member of the Scheme, and before accessing any Scheme data, all Members must certify that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by The Rules & Protocols of the Scheme.

This document is always available to view/download from the Scheme’s secure Members-only website and/or App. Access to the Scheme’s data will not be given to any Member who does not first certify that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by The Rules & Protocols of the Scheme.
